Through weight training and exercises that increase flexibility and core strength, I can help you achieve your sport and fitness goals. My classical training in ballet, modern dance, gymnastics, and yoga, as well as my fun pursuit of the aerial arts, surfing, and snowboarding all contribute to my customized programs that work for the athlete, as well as the recreational client.
With more than fifteen years of experience teaching strength training and cardiovascular fitness, I have the practiced ability to read individual body mechanics and correct minute form imperfections. I keep your workout safe, effective, and interesting.
